Biography

Gabriella Snoeck is the founder and owner of Snoeck International Recruitment Services, LLC. Gabriella grew up in the UK and Spain. She holds a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge in French, Spanish and Italian, a Masters in Human Resources from the Institute of Personnel & Development in the UK and an LLB in Law from the University of Huddersfield in the UK.

Gabriella began her professional career as a Researcher working at the International Labor Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. She then worked several years as  a Human Resources Specialist at Sony International in Munich, Germany. It was through her contacts at Sony that she became fascinated with the Executive Search Industry and in 1999 joined Spencer Stuart in Munich as an Associate in the Consumer Goods and High Tech Practices. She subsequently moved to Spencer Stuart Amsterdam, where she worked as an Associate in the Consumer Goods, High Tech and Industry sectors, as well as for the International Human Resources Practice. In her ultimate role at Spencer Stuart, Gabriella worked as a Senior Associate in the Frankfurt Office, undertaking cross-border assignments in the Consumer Goods, Legal Sectors.

In 2008, Gabriella relocated to Denver, Colorado and joined Global Recruiters of the Rockies, one of the fastest growing professional recruiting firms in the nation, as Executive Search Consultant Legal. At GRN, Gabriella was instrumental in building up the Legal Practice, specializing in the recruitment of attorneys for both in-house positions and private practice at a regional, national and international level.

Gabriella's extensive recruiting experience has enabled her to acquire a first-hand knowledge of direct search methodology and an excellent grasp of modern recruiting techniques.

Gabriella possesses strong cultural and linguistic skills. She is fluent in German, Dutch, Spanish and French and her work experience spans Europe, Asia, North and South America and the United Arab Emirates. When not working, Gabriella enjoys hiking and skiing in the mountains and traveling around Central and South America.
